| Q: |
How does it work with estimates? Do I have to be home? |
| A: |
No one has to be home. We can walk around the perimeter of the property to calculate the cost then leave the estimate in your mailbox. We do not include any mirrors or indoor glass in our estimates, we can accommodate you the day of the job then recalculate your total. |

| Q: |
Are Clearview employees insured, bonded and know how to properly perform all services? |
| A: |
Yes, every employee is insured and bonded, including workers compensation. Additionally, we thoroughly train our employees in every aspect of our cleaning processes. This guarantees you that when Clearview services your home or business, your job will be completed to perfection without you having to worry about anything. |

| Q: |
What is the process that you use to clean windows? |
| A: |
We use The Water Fed Pole on our exterior washing. This device purifies your hose water through a reverse osmosis machine that feeds into a pole with a brush. This pole allows us to use it from the ground eliminating ladders. It filters out all the impurities in the water such as iron, zinc and copper which cause hard water marks after dried. Without the impurities the water dries perfectly! It makes your windows shine without adding a thin layer of film.
On the Interior washing, we use a professional window solution, Glisten. This specially formulated cleaner leaves an invisible shield on your windows to protect and keep your windows cleaner, longer. This is our indoor procedure that we sometimes due to temperature force us to use on outdoor.
Screens are separated between the upstairs and downstairs. They are removed and taken outside to clean and dry. Concluding the cleaning of the windows, the screens are put back |

| Q: |
Can the water damage or stain my property or building? |

| Q: |
Does Clearview offer services in addition to window washing? |
| A: |
Yes, we offer a full range of services for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Our services include power washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, deck/fence cleaning, sidewalk cleaning and chandelier cleaning. |
| Q: |
Can power washing my house or building damage my house or landscape? |
| A: |
Yes, that's why Clearview uses only biodegradable and environmentally friendly chemicals to remove mold, mildew and dirt without compromising the integrity of your structure. Unlike a lot of the inexpensive power washers we do NOT use bleach.

| Q: |
Why should I clean my windows? |
| A: |
Unmaintained windows will eventually stay dirty permanently. Glass is porous similar to human skin so dirt and grime can get permanently etched into the glass. Considering your home is most likely your most value asset you want to keep it nice. You wouldn’t want to pay $25,000 to get all new windows when it would cost $250 to clean yearly. If you are looking to sell your home, window washing is rated the best return on investment when selling a home. |
| Q: |
How often should I clean my windows? |
| A: |
The (IWCA) International Window Cleaning Association recommends every six months or twice yearly. The majority of our residential clients use us once a year for interior and exterior and once from exterior only. |
| Q: |
Does the weather affect the service?
| A: |
Clearview is a year round service! We clean in cold, snowy weather, as well as, hot and humid weather. We are also still able to clean on rainy days as long as it is not a blowing, driving rain. A light rain will not affect our technicians or your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window screen! |
| Q: |
What about my grids or curtains, do I need to take them down? |
| A: |
While any assistance is welcome, it is not necessary. It does facilitate the process though and many customers do prefer to help out, especially with the removal of window grids. Typically, our technicians can work around most everything in the house! |
| Q: |
What forms of payment do you accept?
| A: |
We accept cash along with personal and business checks.
